We want you to be completely satisfied with your honey-infused favorites, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or opened.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original Gisou packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
